Always Make Sure the Scene is Safe for you and the victim

Step 2
Shout for Help. A group is always better than 1 person but if it is just you call for help as soon as possible. 9-1-1.

Step 3
If you are willing and able perform CPR in an unresponsive child or infant who is not breathing and does not have a pule.
As a first responder we are not always the able to be the first on scene. Sometimes the bystander can step in to prolong an individuals life.
